Budget accommodation There are undoubtedly hundreds of websites on the Internet offering cheap accommodation for young- at-heart tourists and backpackers.  And you could spend hours, if not days, trying to find them.  Well, we've already done some of the slog for you!
We've found what we think is an excellent site for budget-priced hostel beds and hotel rooms in Germany during the World Cup.

German Youth Hostels
All hostels are open to members of the German Youth Hostel Association and partner organisations from other countries.  Visitors can join on arrival at the hostel. 

German Youth Hostels (DJH) have produced a special section on their website - in English - listing all hostels near to World Cup venues. 

Please note the DJH's terms and conditions - especially for hostels in Bavaria, which have stricter age limits than elsewhere.
