Berlin transport tickets

The same ticket can be used on all forms of local transport in Berlin operated under the umbrella of the Berlin Transport Association, the VBB - and that means virtually every type of transport except privately run sightseeing buses.
All tickets must be validated (date and time stamped) at the start of your journey (or first journey, in the case of multi-journey tickets).
There are a number of different types of tickets:

From 1 minute past midnight on the morning of day 1 until midnight on day 7 (must be consecutive). Day 1 is determined by when you buy or stamp the ticket. |
