The venues are shown on the top row using the abbreviation used for each city on German number plates (Key to abbreviations).

NB: It's K for Cologne!

If you remember that Cologne in German is Köln and that HH stands for Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the rest are pretty obvious (if in doubt see below).
